Step 1: Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. 

Step 2: Order Shipment:

We process your order directly with our manufacturers for shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse. Most items will ship Ground via UPS or Fedex

For larger items requiring freight deliveries, you will be contacted to schedule delivery. We will send you tracking information within 1 business day of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Shipping times on ground packages are approximately 3-7days. Freight deliveries for in-stock items vary between 7-14 business days. Some manufactures estimate 4-5 weeks, so just email service@shopwinebar.com or call 1-800-484-0723 with any questions. PLEASE ADVISE, there are alot of supply chain bottleneck affecting in-stock dates. If an item you order is not in-stock you will be called or emailed with in 1 day to check in and see if  want to wait for it to become in stock. All inventory items are updated on our website once a week. Also, there is a nationside labor shortage that is affecting delivery time frames. Meaning some areas there is more demand than staff to deliver your frieght furniture, so it could take longer than 14 days.

Step 3: Delivery 

Review your product upon delivery to ensure it arrives as you ordered and that there are no damages. If there is any issues or concerns upon recieving your order, refuse your delivery and we will have it replaced or refunded.Call or emails us with any questions.
