Is Shop Wine Bar  an “Authorized Dealer”?

Yes. Shop Wine Bar is an authorized dealer for all the products listed on our site. Every purchase includes the factory warranty and we directly communicate with our manufacturers to provide the best quality and service.

How Do I Place an Order?

We accept orders email, online and over the phone.

To place an order through our website, click the “Add To Cart” button on the product page. Then click the "Checkout" button or click the "Cart" button in the top-right corner and follow the directions to complete the purchase.

You can email us at service@shopwinebar.com, to place your order via email. To order via phone, call our responsive customer support team at 1-800-484-0723. We are here Monday thru Friday 9a-6p EST to answer any questions that you may have. Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Will I Be Contacted of My Order?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as you place an order. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

We automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will call you and update you on the date your item will be available. If you are comfortable with the date available, we will process the charges on your credit card and submit the order for delivery. 

Note: For large orders, our shipping company will call you prior to delivery to coordinate a delivery time for you.

How Can I Check The Status of My Order?

We will email with all your carrier and tracking information as well as the estimated delivery date. We encourage you to track your package either online or through the carrier's website/phone service. Feel free email service@shopwinebar.com for help in tracking your order.


What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We can ship your orders in 3 ways:

  • Standard Ground via FedEx/UPS – for regular items
  • Truck Freight –delivered curbside
  • White Glove Delivery – for items requiring special services
Where Do You Ship To?

We ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or the Virgin Islands at this time. As of the moment, we do not deliver to PO or APO/FPO boxes, except for rural PO addresses.

Do You Offer Any Warranty?

Yes, manufacturer's warranty is provided. Please contact us for assistance on your product’s warranty.
